# How to contribute?

Ground rules.

1. Any change undergoes Pull Request (PR) review. Direct pushes to the `main` branch are not allowed.
2. Every PRs traces back to exactly one issue.
3. All Python dependencies are managed through [Pipenv](https://pipenv.pypa.io/en/latest/).
